This is a registration form for the Mandarin Language Class. The lessons for adults/children will begin on

 Thursday, October 2^nd, 2008 and run until Thursday, June 11^th, 2009.

 Classes will be Thursday from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm.

Please return the form along with the payment as soon as possible as space is limited.
