Cards-By-Me
The T.F.M.S., in association with
Cards-By-M,e will be sponsoring a very special fundraising
activity. The T.F.M.S. students will be devoting class time to
create the front cover of a greeting card. In order to
truly make this activity unique, the students will be free to
draw whatever they wish. Thus, a set of greeting cards will
include each student’s individual artwork.
Each set of 12 cards is packaged with
envelopes and delivered to our school. Parents will be able to
use their children’s own creations to send greetings and
well-wishes to family and friends. These greetings cards have
come just in time for the holiday season.
Order forms are ready (include copies of
artwork, not original). Please submit by Nov. 2.
Recycling Cellular phones
If you have noticed there is a sign for recycling cellular
phones. Not only is this a “painless” fund-raising initiative,
but as responsible citizens, we can feel good that old cell
phones don’t end up in landfills, but instead are recycled.
Please drop your old cell phones into the box provided. We
receive $1 for every cell phone collected, based on minimum 50.
We would like to remind you that the cell
phone collection campaign is still on and we have a considerable
number of used cell phones; thank you for bringing in your used
phones. Please continue to bring in your used and unwanted cell
phones, or if you know someone who has unwanted cell phones.
Thank you.
